Hi, I just wanted to say that whoever was responsible in the end (I'm not sure at this point) for straightening out my membership/user name problems is terrific! I'm so glad to be 'back' as Julie and not someone else, let alone a guest (who otherwise may be very nice people ). Thanks again!
