cpap.com resumes for CSRs

I just read cpap.com's new announcement about wanting resumes for Customer Service Representatives in Houston and was very impressed with the requirements, job description, what they will be taught, etc. I think this attention to employee knowledge about the products and the customer relations policies are more reasons why this internet company is so good at what they do.
