I find the Hybrid works better for me when I sleep on my sides rather than my back. I get less cushion leaks on my side. I have a memory foam pillow which seems to work well--the mask just sinks into it although you have to be careful not to block the vent holes.
I'm awaiting delivery of the new headgear which will hopefully result in even less leaks.

Hybrid question
The Hybrid is the only full face mask where I could comfortably sleep on my side. I like this mask more and more as time goes by. If I could change one thing on the Hybrid, I would have positioned the CO2 holes to be able to wear the hose over my head without any noise. And beefed up the headstrap. Then this would be the best mask on the face of the earth for xpap. Already, I can't find anything better, but I still would make those changes.
Sidesleeper-
I hooked a short hose with swivel connectors (from Mirage Activa) on between the hybrid and the main hose. Then I feed the main hose over my head with just the shorter hose off to the side. This gives quite a bit more freedom when tossing and turning at night. Someone else on this site gave me the idea to use the short hose.
