disable c-flex on m series??

I need to disable the c-flex on my m series but do not know how. I received it yesterday and it was to have been disabled but was not. I am flying out tomorrow and really need to get rid of the c-flex. I cannot return to the office for another week and since it is Saturday I cannot get in touch with anyone. Can someone point me to a pdf file or something...anything! Please help!!
