MyEncore not responding....

MyEncore not responding....

I have downloaded Version 1.5b7 MyEncore to use with EncorePro Version 1.6i and it worked with first information downloaded from SmartCard but I can't seem to get recent information from EncorePro to show up on MyEncore.
What is correct procedure to move data to MyEncore after it is on EncorePro?
I have tried deleting MyEncore and reinstalling as directed.

you dont move data

my encore reads the encore data ...
you might have to have it in the same
directory as encore ...

but i might be wrong
experts???

MyEncore is only an alternative "interface" to the MS SQL database. Actual data is stored as records in the database, so that means you must use the EncorePro software to FIRST download the data from the SmartCard to the database.

Once the data is in the database then you can use MyEncore to report what is in the database.

So...
1. Open EncorePro (make sure the MSSQL agent is running with green play button displayed).
2. Select your Patient Profile.
3. Select Download Data from the menu on the left, select okay if Patient profile and data on the card don't match, No to erase data.
4. Once the compliance download is stored on your computer by EncorePro, you can pull up reports via MyEncore.
