Too tired to go for 2nd sleep study

Hello!
Old/newbie here. I was on cpap about 5 years ago, but could not tolerate the mask, leaking , or noise. I have severely sensitive skin. Even the show gives me a rash. Anyway, I'm snoring like crazy, headaches, exhausted, etc.. I have an older, but ok machine, a comfort gel mask and am going to try again tonight. We have an HMO that does not has 20% DME coverage. They said I should go in for another sleep study, but I have back procedures coming up that will already cost $'s. I guess the short question is, should I fork out more $'s for three visits, or just keep trying myself?
