The SD card no longer ejects from its holder in my daily use Airsense 10. Feels like the spring gave out. It can still be pulled out with finger nail. Has this happened to others? Is there an easy fix, or will it require a trip back to DME? I assume it may be covered because it's less than a year old.
And, to think, my wife looked at me funny when I bought my used backup machine.

I have found it easier to use a Toshiba Flash Air card in the machines. I can download data through my router without taking the card out of the machine. You can copy the data on your current card over to the Flash Air card if you want to.

A trip back to the DME.
Even though you already have a backup, if you take theirs, they will have a reason to work faster.
