I am going to experiment a bit, I'll try side sleeping, and see if I can support my head with a pillow under my chin maybe, then move on to a collar if needed.
As my results were fine earlier in the month I am hoping its just a matter of re-positioning.
Overall of course, need to loose the weight. Used to be so active when I was young but I let a back injury get the better of me and got lazy, havent done myself any favors.
