I have a AHI of 44 at the sleep study. My doctor set the 7 to 15, with 3 increase. My average AHI always keep within 2 since I use the air curve auto. Since it's average AHI, I would think at least non of the AHI will reach 5 based on the math, right? Is that a true number or I should get more myself? My doctor did check the SD one time, he says it's good.
The AHI myair is accurate but does not provide enough information to adjust your settings. The AHI is the total CA+OA+H divided by the total number of hours. Individual hourly events may be much higher than 5, but be offset by other hours where the events are low. That's the way it is calculated. If you want to know what is happening get sleepyhead downloaded and post some graphs for the experts here to look at and advise on.

To the best of my knowledge, myAir doesn't show the pressure ranges that the machine went through during the night. Did you use Sleepyhead to figure out the pressure ranges? Is there a way to get the previous night's pressure ranges from myAir?

I have also downloaded Sleepyhead. I won't be able to use it until a USB card reader arrives in the mail.
