Anyone using a capnograph?

My sister has been urging me to get a capnograph for >15 years.

Just wondered if anyone here is using one?
Also how and why?

When it is pushed for casual, everyday use, it is a SCAM.
It is a tool used in the practice of anesthesia--but dangerous in the hands of amateurs.
Apparently, she has been drinking the Kool-Aid.

You may be right about the Kool-Aid and she is mentioned in my will.
On the other hand, I know that she got training on this as a medical professional many years ago.

I don't know if it is dangerous or not and I don't know what medical problems you may have, but I don't see what relationship this has to Sleep Apnea.

What is it that she says this would o for you. Say the expired Co2 is not at ideal levels, what would you then do to change it? Relation to SDB?

Allow me to teach myself to breath better, been a long time so I may be off a little or a lot.

I think the idea was that you practice bio-feedback and learn to breath "better".

What is SDB?

Sleep disordered breathing, including (of course) any type of apnea.
