Question for Autopap users

For those of you using autopap, particularly those who have tried more than one autopap, do you notice the pressure change to be abrupt?
Which machine seems to have the smoothest transition?

I'd say the Resmed spirit is the smoother of the 2 that I have. The 420E has a setting to climb in .5 or 1.0 cmwc . So depending on the setting it could seem more harsh. The Resmed spirit changes in .2 cmwc increments so it wouldn't be as abrupt. .
