Re: How quickly do you fall asleep?
Was listening to a series of lectures on brain health, one of which included a lot about sleep and the brain. The guy there said that it (normally) should take 15-20 minutes to get to sleep. If you're one of the people that fall asleep when your head hits the pillow, or in less than about 5 minutes, then you're not getting enough sleep. Made sense when I heard it *smile*.

The other side of that...
I tend to push more into a day than normal time allows and as a result push things to the limit. When I hit the pillow I am a little overdue for rest and I fall asleep quickly. If I slowed down a little it may take a little longer to fall asleep.
I don't think I lack in getting enough sleep. I just live life to its fullest...
