ResMed Air Sense 10 will not turn on

Anyone had this same problem? Ma Hines only 2 years old. Having great difficulty even finding a company that repairs this model. Can only one help. I love my cpap and have now been without it a week and a half.

Have you tried unplugging and re plugging the unit?

If rebooting it doesn't work, the machine warranties are two years. Check if yours is still in warranty, and if so, call your DME about warranty repairs and a loaner while you wait for the machine to be returned or replaced.

Even if it is a few months out of warranty, you may be able to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty.

Here is a good thread on that topic. This exact thing happened to me. Thanks to help from forum members, I discovered that my power brick died. I went to eBay and had a replacement in a couple of days.

My power brick recently died after 17 months. My DME just gave me a new one and said that they have had several die in the 12-24 month time frame.
