Has anyone had success in repairing their own CPAP machines? My Philips REMstar Pro C-Flex + in indicating a heater failure for the humidifier. I removed the heating unit (which is sealed) and checked out out in the shop. It will heat okay, but I don't seem to be getting much dc into it when it's connected to the main CPAP unit. The connections seem okay. Have not tried disassembling the main CPAP. I would send it off for repair, but I don't have a spare CPAP, and I can't sleep without one.
Thanks!

If it's more than five years old, you can probably replace or repair the unit under your insurance. If it's very new, you can probably get it fixed under warranty.

Re: Philips Heated Humidifier Failure Repair
Time to shop for a backup. Everybody should have spares of any essential equipment.

You haven't said which model it is but the newer ones cycle on/off according to the humidity in your room.Richie Ernst wrote:Has anyone had success in repairing their own CPAP machines?
