Something somewhere in Respironics ..either the machine or the software is doing some sort of excess calculations.
I had this conversation with mark while he was digging around in the data before 1.0 came out, and he's sure there's nothing in the data from the machine, which is why he's done his own guesstimations on unintentional leak.... he was certain that encore is doing something similar.

Well somebody or something is doing something to get the 2 different leak reports. Beats the hell out of me what it is though.
I do wish that I had maybe done the both graph things with a high leak flag just to see where it would flag with the unintentional graph but I had large leaks so rare it just wasn't something I ever caught or was really interested in at the time.
I was always good with the dummy lights especially since I rarely saw any on the Respironics machines I have had over the years.
If you only see one brief LL flag segment once every 3 months you don't feel any sense of urgency to go digging and you know me...big promoter of the KISS principle. I am not going to do the work unless I just have to.

The Respironics 760 has been delegated to travel machine now and I don't have enough data on it to find any large leaks at all. None have happened recently and the machine and card have been erased on more than one occasion. The really old stuff from 2011 and 2012 that might show us...is on a computer that died and if I don't have a sample, like the one above, in photobucket it's gone forever.
I am not real keen on digging through Encore looking through 3 months of reports to find 1 large leak flag anyway. Way more work than I want to do. Encore doesn't make it nearly as easy as SH does to go back and look at old detailed stuff. Takes forever to generate a detailed report and then you only get 7 nights at a time.
SleepyHead isn't perfect but it's a helluva lot easier and faster to use than Encore.
