I am writing to this forum because I found a little bit “strange situation” in sleep problem’s service and marketing in Québec province where I live now. I was recently diagnosed with OSA (see pictures of my sleep study below).
I have felt not refreshed after sleep since teenage age and feel drowsiness at least to midday. My wife said that I am snoring and sometimes stop breathing during the night. For this reason, I underwent the sleep study.
Well, I had received an official prescription for CPAP machine and tried to buy or rent in Montreal. But here I found that prices are extremely high. Other interesting details that in spite I have a prescription, local stores impose their services before buying the CPAP (and not only to setup and adjust CPAP).
I found this site and with great interest see that a lot of people can deal with their CPAP machines and accessories.
I have two questions:
1. Please suggest me best/ popular CPAP machines.
2. Suggest me some best places, where I can buy a CPAP machine online (a company should be able to send it to Canada) or in Canada.
