You talking about the new Brevida? Yes the pillow tip is similar to the P10 but it doesn't have the dual walls that the P10 has and it is much softer overall. The P10 is firmer....so while the tip or the cone does look similar...there is only one cone on the Brevida and the silicone construction is "softer" or more silky feeling against the skin.

Look inside your P10...inside the cone there is another inner cone. It's really hard to see. The Brevida doesn't have that inner cone.

Ha, yes, the inner cone is even harder than the outside cone, and it's almost the same length of the outside cone. On the other hand the nuance inner cone is very short, so it's hardly feel the hardness. I almost want to cut the P10 inner cone shorter to see to make any difference, I know, my "custom made" mind could cost me trouble. I already use my two quotas for swapping the mask per my DME rules. So where I can try the F&P mask for free? If it doesn't work, then I can return it? Or I have to buy one to try? Thanks again!

There's no place that I know of that will let you try a mask for free without paying for it up front.
Now some places will let you return it within a certain time frame and they will refund you the purchase price so that makes it free if you return it.

Cpap.com has free return insurance on some masks...right now they don't offer the Brevida because it is relatively new to the US market but I suspect it will become available in a relatively short period of time. Just last week I saw that it was finally available at some other online cpap supply websites like cpap.com. I suspect that when cpap.com does offer it that it will come with free return insurance as that seems to be the way with the newer masks but I can't guarantee it.
With return insurance you buy it and have 30 days from the time they shipped to you to get it back to them if you hate it.
They even will send you an email with a prepaid shipping label you can print off so you don't need to pay to ship it back.

I don't know about the return policy for the other cpap websites that currently show the Brevida as being in stock. You would just have to look at whatever their policy might be. Some might offer a cash refund or credit card credit...some might only offer a swap...I don't know because I don't keep up with their return policies (if they even allow returns).
