Question for you all/Results:
My results from last night (below) were pretty good but I feel like I am having a bit of a mask fit issue. According to MyAir I got a good seal for a full face mask, but I could still feel a little air at times blowing towards my eyes. I'm a side sleeper and I do have a beard that I keep at approximately 1/4in and 6MM. I am also a mouth breather and I just don't think I can keep my mouth closed unless I tape it shut. Any tips out there for full face mask sealing? Since my air says it is good should I just learn to deal with it? I do feel a lot more refreshed today!
This is from the Mask Primer I authored.
Mouth Breathing is when you open your mouth and the air pressure from your PAP is venting out your mouth typically showing on your charts as a large leak which can substantially negate the effectiveness of your therapy. It is generally not good. The solution varies depending on the person
How to manage Mouth Breathing, not in any particular order.
Tongue Trick. Place the tongue on the roof of the mouth, Practice during the daytime. The idea is to train the tongue that this is a good place to be, not overnight, but it works for some.
Chin Strap. A chin strap is to manage mouth leaks from a variety of causes. Most result from the jaw dropping or opening either partially or wider. The chin strap is to gently keep the jaw closed. If you have to crank it shut to make it work this is not the correct solution. Note that your jaw is strong enough to open if it wants to.
Cervical collar. A Cervical Collar may also be used to keep the jaw from dropping.
Mouth Guard. The concept here is a closed mouth guard to keep the air from leaking out.
Taping. The purpose of taping is to seal the lips and prevent mouth leaks / mouth breathing. It is not to stop the mouth from opening. I make sure that I can easily open my mouth, when taped, if I need to.
FFM – Full Face Mask or Hybrid Mask. This is a very traditional solution and it is generally effective.
Hope this helps you some.

My mouth is getting dry, and I am just not getting the sleep and rest and feeling good, like I was hoping.
Something is still making me wake up, not stay asleep, and not rested like I thought I would.

OK, I will need to google it.
I don't know Julie, I hope I can adjust to this %$%^ thing. and start getting some rest-full sleep!
I still want to get my collar too!
I got up I guess after about 5 0r 6 hours, cane out for a while, went back to bed, and DID use the mask.
But the problem besides Dry mouth, is Today and yesterday, (But today was worse) I fell like My neck is/was all Bunched up.
I guess in the defense of the strap and mask, and hose, the orthopedic doctor , not unlike my knees, my one shoulder is almost bone on bone, so that is causing the muscle over from my shoulder to hurt. He said something like it's trying to hold my shoulder up, or something like that.
This dr. "floored me" cause I said, "well, dr, it don't hurt at ,my Shoulder, he said, "NO, and he grabs my neck ,over near the shoulder(if that make sense) and said, "It hurts here" I was Like Wide Eyed, and said, OMG, Yes. So he apparently knows what he is talking about.
I'm going to also post this in my original thread, so that I should keep it all together too.
I do have to say,I am very Very Disappointed thus far. Although I do have to say In spite of my neck area and shoulder, and waking up all "Bunched up" feeling,
I'm "Starting " to feel 1/4 decent.
Thing is too tho, I think maybe Im using a little too much water, Can I over fill that chamber a Tad?
