Hannibal,

Please don't say goodbye to Anthony Hopkins! He's just too good at what he does. . . but I willingly bid adieu to Hannibal Lecter in favour of Dark Side of the Moon. Nice choice.

Shutting, with careful fingers and benign,
Our gloom-pleas'd eyes, embower'd from the light,
Enshaded in forgetfulness divine

Thank you Jean, just trying to emphasise that my avatar was an actor playing Hannibal, not Hannibal himself! Although as you say he does do a good job and it's a stark reminder for some.

Glad you approve of the new avatar, you clearly have good taste
