Are the fasteners coming undone? I can't imagine headgear just coming off if the fasteners are still attached. Maybe you need smaller headgear?
If you're still using the F&P Simplus mask that's in your equipment list, I do see that the top straps are just looped into an open channel. Is it coming off there? I don't have any particular recommendations if so, but others with that mask I'm sure will chime in.

Re: while sleeping the head gear keeps coming off.
There are many posts about users waking up to find their mask off. If that is the case, you have to work on retraining your brain to keep it on. Do you put it back on? How long is it off before you notice? One thing you can do is to place tape over the side arms on your cheeks so you know when it comes off. Then put it back on.

Re: while sleeping the head gear keeps coming off.
I am going to use a new headgear tonight and I hope the straps will not detach.
I do realize when the head gear straps come off, and I wake up and have to reattach the straps. *stick it back on*.
I hope it resolves issue. other then that the mask is usually well behave.
I am so lucky as I have use this sleep machine since i first started and have not missed a day.
i sleep alot... *

I can't believe that the headgear "comes off". Do you mean that the velcro opens up or that the clips that attach it to the mask open up? Can you be more spcific?

Re: while sleeping the head gear keeps coming off.
If you are taking the mask off, that's another story. But an ill fitting headgear can easily slip put of place. I have no "hook" at the base of my skull and the back of my head is flat, so lower straps don't stay in place on me without getting them extra tight, which hurts my neck. If you have a mask you otherwise like, look and see if adding an extra strap somewhere could give it a bit of stabilization. Just be sure anything you add cannot slide and cover the exhale vents. Another option is a skull cap or do-rag type scarf either under or over the headgear - whatever works.

I wear a pony tail and slip the lower back strap behind it .... but I guess you would have to let your hair grow out a bit for that huh?

Re: while sleeping the head gear keeps coming off.
Mine pop loose as well on occasion, i find if i have them angled more by shortening the top head strap so the ones that hook to the front ar more angled i have less issues with them coming loose. Plus I have them fairly snug as I toss and turn a ton in my sleep, and am a total side sleeper..
