Hi! I read your post and am baffled that others are having similar problems. Same time frame between 3:30-4:00 am. The machine has an internal alarm that starts to beep lightly then intensifys. In over a years time this was the first time two nights in a row. I called my sleep clinic and they didn't have a clue as to what to do. There is nothing in the instructions that indicates any such "feature". My impression is that the network has been hacked.

I saw that guy's post and thought "what the hell is he talking about"...finally decided it was an X Files moment maybe and I think his tin foil hat has slipped a bit.

I found this thread by searching for basically the same thing. I'm only about 9 days in, but have only JUST made it to 4 hours last night. I'm constantly up around 3am for a variety of reasons. I use the nasal mask and my machine has the heated tube. I'm waking up with a lot of liquid in the mask and the area under the mask feels cold. I think what is actually waking me is that my nose is itching. Basically once I get to that point I don't put it back on because I want to get a few more hours of sleep. I know that my mouth is dropping because it's very dry much of the time, and the nose itching thing, even when there isn't a buildup of liquid/condensation. My humidifier is set to auto, so I'm going to try to fiddle with those settings, perhaps get a chin strap or full mask if necessary. I find it interesting that there seem to be others that tend to wake up at the same time each night. I'm hopeful it will get better for you (and all others having similar problems).

If you read my response (I never know if guest come back or not)...you are having condensation in the mask.
We have no idea what equipment you are using but read this as it covers pretty much all condensation scenarios.

Posts number 2 and 3 pretty much cover condensation.
If you want specific help we need more specific information from you.
Register here at the forum and log in and provide specific equipment information...brand, model, using a heated hose or not, humidity settings...etc.
