ResMed S9 hiding in plain site on eBay

Today, on eBay, I noticed a listing for a "ResMed H5i CPAP bag and accessories - everything pictured included." What was pictured included a mask (of minimal interest) as well as a full S9 with humidifier and power supply. There was no specific information regarding the unit, other than a hand written date on one of the manuals of 2/6/14 as well as a comment that I could not make out well.
This could fly under the radar, providing a backup unit at a bargain price. The seller does say questions are welcome - the unit is in Illinois and shipping is shown as $10.

the serial number indicates it was made in 2013, fwiw.

Look at the second picture. The power supply is there.

No assumption, second picture in the series - toward the top middle of the frame

Ad changed....the original is now over $200...new ad with same picture and different seller is starting over at $5. I wouldn't touch it.

I'm confused - if by "original" you mean the listing at the link I posted - that has not changed other than it shows 1 bid (I don't recall if there was a bid when I posted the link). Regarding another using the same pictures, I don't see it. The only others I can find are for a VPAP Auto and another Elite with a different serial number and country of manufacture - the pictures are definitely not the same. The original listing showed the H5i made in Australia and the second in Singapore. What is so nefarious here? Every day I see the same cars being offered by different dealers on TV and in the papers - is it all a conspiracy?

So this is how they circumvent the rules against selling cpap machines, huh? I'm sure that if the listing doesn't get pulled, as they usually are, the price will go up quite a bit.

There's at least 2 different sellers...2 different listings...2 sets of different pictures and 2 different prices.
There may be more than 2...I just happened to see the second one as an alternative shown on Jim's first link.

uh, the only thing that those two listings have in common is that they're both elites.

different sellers, different serial numbers. different pictures.
