Colonoscopy and Apnea

I got up last night and started thinking about colonoscopy for some reason. I'm due for one in a couple months. It then dawned on me that breathing was the least of my problems. My heart only beats at at 40bpm in the morning, sleep study had the low at 35, and just an ultrasonic test had me resting at 38. Then I could start bleeding with these thinners. My wife was a nurse in GI clinic. She never heard cpap mentioned in all that time. They did have to stop procedures as the heart rate dropped. I remember one story she told me way back.
Doctor, "You know what really bothers me?"
My wife, "That the guy almost died?"
Doctor, "No, that I almost finished."
