ordered my software today from CPAP.com. They are the nicest people to deal with, prompt, ans. questions, courteous. Hoping to get the Good Knight H20 Htd. Humidifier. My DME/RT has not called to follow up. So I do hope to get one. The DME has given me a '''loaner"', well first they said they will follow thru on the H20,

Does anyone know if the 420E can get a longer inline heated hose, than the 6' that it comes with. CPAP.com doesn't carry one, didn't think there is one either. Longer hose would be better...........?

But if you want attentive, courteous, follow-thru service, call cpap.com. I did, and glad of it!

Now if I can be minnie the dummy and figure out the software, I can follow how I'm doing........(or not, is how I physically feel right now... )
