Case for treating mild SDB (and possibly lowering threshold)

Here is a case for treating even mild SDB and possibly even lowering the threshold for a diagnosis. Also, if it applies to Lung Cancer, it could very well apply to a host of other diseases.

Note that the threshold to diagnose diabetes was lowered a number of years ago, based on [then] new medical research.
