Yet to this day select comfort has a BBB rating of A+, despite a consumer review rating of 2% positive and a massive 95% negative. And hundred of complaints
I have a select comfort bed and love it. I've heard nothing but good things from others I've talked to as well. I don't know where you are getting your information, but I'm not so sure it is accurate.

Btw, all it takes to keep a good BBB rating is to respond to customer complaints. But if the company can't even be bothered to do this, it is obviously a company to stay away from.
95% negative reviews listed here ...

Also I've never see a cross section sample or the inside of a sleep number bed like you would do a convention mattress and pillow top in a store.
Simple search's on line have shown people posting reviews on how they have felt physically sick when opening the box when it arrived.
I do not personally know anyone who owns a sleep number bed.

I have two of them on my boat - I've used them for 16 years. They're quite comfortable and the light weight helps a lot on the boat. They happily replaced one air bladder after 9.5 years. I am glad I didn't pay the full price on both; the second I bought used for cheap.

They have an A+ rating, which says something about the customer service. They have a rating of 3.73 stars out of 5. If you actually read the reviews, they are all people who are upset about waiting on hold on the phone or just didn't like the product. I would hardly qualify this as a good way to determine whether this product is any good. I even said that it is not for everyone, which is why all beds are not designed the same. There is a reason that you make sure these manufacturers have a trial period.

If their product was really that bad, why would they still be in business? You can do better than this. How many people go and file appreciation for a company with the bbb? By definition, they will only hear about complaints. That is usually the case for most online comments about products, unless you are buying it there, like on Amazon or something. For instance, how many negative vs positive things do you hear about cars. I'd be willing to bet that every car out there has a problem that people are complaining about. Does that mean that every car on the road is a piece of junk and a rip off?
