It's probably not a Do It Yourself repair, especially if you have to ask.

Set it to "auto on" and "auto off".

Here's the manual for the S9 machines.
You can bypass using the on/off button by turning on the feature so that the machine will start on its own when it senses your breathing and turn itself off when you remove the mask.
This auto on/auto off feature is called "Smart Start" on the S9 machines.

You have to go into the clinical setup menu to turn Smart Start off or on.
Be aware that if you are using a nasal pillow mask at pressures below 7cm the Smart Start feature may not work properly.

Mine don't have auto start on it so is it possible to take the home button off and clean it up if so how to do it

All the S9 machines have Smart Start available.
