Am I missing something? Why would anyone buy an expensive "ResMed" card reader?
SD card readers are almost always built into computers. And if for some reason it's not, a card reader can be had for less that $10.

The S8 doesn't have a SD card. It has a credit card size card that requires the special ResMed reader to get the information to the computer.
