Well, you know what to work on.

As far as emotional stress, what is the source? Work? Family? Family tragedy? Physical health?
It is in my upbringing: my family used to look at the dark side of life, to remind ourselves that we need to work hard and not just enjoy life. I was born in a poor, war-torn country.

Sorry for being late, my sleep doctor thinks that not having a good sleep architecture does not gives me enough rest at night, so sleepy during the day is normal. My Epsworth score is 6/24, however it is not so objective because I never watch TV for the question "Do you fall asleep while watching TV" to be elligible.

I was falling asleep while sitting waiting for my turn in an appointment. The night before I close my windows.

I often complain that if I don't let one part of my windows open, then I will feel not having enough oxygen, and the next day I will be broken. It's winter and my windows are well isolated. But my wife does not complain about it. My doctors never pay attention to it, they think it's just minor details.
