CMS-60C: Trouble Uploading Data

Post by Starlette » Fri Oct 28, 2016 1:08 am

Hi everyone,

I have a CMS-60c oximeter that I am having a difficulty uploading data. At the moment, I have spent alot of hours (along with my husband) trying to upload.
Please advise.

Thank you,
Starlette

Don't know about the 60, but the cms50 has to have a special cord, not just any ole usb cord you have lying around, but the one that came with it.

that's only true with the 50d+ and the 50e. the 50f and 50i use a plain usb cable.

Moving data from the oximeter to the computer to review.

What software are your trying to use and upload the data to?
Are you able to open the software that you are trying to use?
What is the operating system on your computer?
At what point are you having problems? Any messages seen that might give us a clue as to what is going on?

I found this manual online...don't know if it will help or not

tell us what you've tried, as exactly as you can, and what's not working, that'll give us a fighting chance to help.

Hi everyone,

Well, low and behold, I got the whole thing to work! Couple things I did:

Download the software again
Made sure the device was placed on my finger correctly
Although the initial dialog stated "No Device(s) Found, I ignored
Clicked the "Upload" on the oximeter, the next reading was "waiting", which uploaded the data
Went to "Options" I believe. I was able find the different reports, which I printed

This all means that between the cpap & oximeter printouts, I'll be ready for my sleep appointment in January, yay.

Obviously, I did something right.
