I am sorry that your experience here has been limited to flame wars and pissing contests....we aren't all like that and I don't normally engage in that sort of stuff but sometimes when see nastiness going on we just have to speak up.

Morning headaches are of course a symptom of sleep apnea but of course not the only reason for having headaches.
Have you had a sleep study to confirm sleep apnea?
I sleep on my stomach all the time...there's a sleeping position called the Falcon position that lends itself well to cpap masks and such. Google it.
The type of mask used can make it more difficult or easier but it can be done with any mask....just some of them create more of a challenge than others.
So if you need cpap...and want to sleep on your stomach...it can be done. Might be a little challenging but by no means impossible at all.
