Maybe someone knows the answer to this, I havent had much luck with Philips Resperonics. A week or so ago when importing O2 data into SleepyHead I got it/me confused so I erased the SleepyHead data on my PC and reloaded from my SD card. A few days later I noticed that SH only shows summary data from my therapy start date of 4/8/2016 through 5/16/2016. 5/17/2016 through 5/31/2016 seem to have the detail data but the Flow Rate data is not there. I have searched on the forums and see some mentions of data being erased but nothing definitive. I'm using Windows 10 with SH v1.0.0-beta-2. All Philips support wants to know is what software I am using.
Please forgive if this has been answered but I didn't find it with Google.
All data past 5/31 seems to be fine

Re: Dream Station Missing data
Straight from PR:
"The machine should not erase any data from the card. The internal memory on the machine itself normally holds about 6 months of information at one time. The SD card itself though can hold years of data without being full. You could potentially erase the data from the SD card, then stick it back in the dreamstation unit for about 3-5 minutes. This will cause the device to rewrite the data form the internal memory. You should then get data with details for at least the prior 6 months of usage. We cannot however verify how a 3rd part software loads our data to be displayed."

Re: Dream Station Missing data
As a test I created a 2nd. user profile in Sleepyhead and re-imported everything from the SD card, same data missing.
I think tomorrow I will get a blank SD Card and stick it in machine and see what happens.
Edit- I forgot to mention that I noticed my original SD card had a black piece of plastic between the contacts out of place so I copied it to a new data card and used that. I havent tried putting a blank SD card in the machine to see what it puts on it.
