Has anybody made any changes based on feedback?

We have all changed our settings at one time or another to optimize our therapy with the help of those here ..... and without a doctors okay.
My answer to your request for feedback would be... why don't you stop asking inane and stupid questions. If its just to see your profile and questions in print, then buddy, that is one very LARGE ego you are sporting.

if you didn't post so much stupid, people wouldn't criticize you so universally.

Maybe people could refrain from bullying if you'd respond meaningfully to the answers you have had that do address the issues you asked for help with... we're all just 'patients' too, and have no mandate to help at all except that we'd like to, and try to, however off some of the answers might be... and it would sure help us to feel more encouraged about trying if you'd step up a bit too instead of just randomnly posting more vague and sometimes plain wrong stuff all over without acknowledging that you could be wrong sometimes.

We don't get kicks out of telling people they're wrong, but we're not going to say you're right, or baby you if you're wrong because other newbies read stuff here and take advice from it, so if we feel it's called for, we'll say what we believe about notes, yours or anyone else's. Sure there are some here who's manners aren't the best, whose egos are too big or maybe they just haven't slept well either, but to not acknowledge everyone else because of them is not helping either us or you. People work hard to put replies together for you (and everyone else) so your not saying thanks or anything else doesn't go over very well!

I prefer to help those who actually need help;
I have nothing for trolls who only come here to jerk us around.

I am only a week into my APAP experience and I am definitely looking at the data and trying things. I am going back and forth between pillow mask with tape/head band over mouth and full maskbecause of dry mouth issues. I learned that here. I tend to leave humidity/climate on auto, just because I don't perceive issues there. I am changing the pressure, I have even moved to CPAP from APAP mode to try that. The pulmonologist who helped me get the machine does not know 10% of the cumulative knowledge of this forum about things like settings and peoples reaction to them and what to try. Hell, I don't even seem him again for 2 months. What is so sacrosanct about a doctor controlling your treatment. He recommended the F&P over the Airsense. I rest my case.

pointing out, and refuting the stupid things that DunderHead posts does not in and of itself make someone a bully, after all, refuting garbage and bad information is a valuable service for those that don't know better.
