Oh I'm sure he needs more sleep. He could get 7.5 hours a day if he made a point to get to sleep right after work. I think our first step will be getting him to bed earlier. I will ask him about quality of sleep and I tried to set up Sleepyhead but I can't do it on my chromebook so I will plan on setting that up on my desktop tonight and see what it says. I can share that info here later.

He is taking Adderall in the evenings but he will probably stop taking that soon because it is giving him high blood pressure. He just still relies on caffeine if he doesn't take the Adderall. He will take a caffeine pill before work and than drink a pop later. When we first got married he would drink Mountain Dew constantly.

Unfortunately the very things he does to help with the energy levels will really mess with sleep architecture.
The Adderall for sure. Read up on the side effects.
Damned if you do and damned if you don't for sure.

I finally downloaded and uploaded to Sleep Head software with my husband's data. Is someone willing to look at the data with me?
My husband is still dealing with regular fatigue - I think it is mainly because he needs a full face mask. I will go in there to check on him and he will have his mouth open a little bit. How much does this hurt its effectiveness? He complains of a dry throat and running nose. As far as my limited knowledge is concerned - his data from most recently doesn't look horrible. What do I know?
If you are willing to look at the data - what numbers do you need?
Thank you!

post a few nights, here, use this guide:
https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize

first page, how to organize the charts to provide the most info in one screen shot per day.

second page, how to take that screenshot.

third page, how to post.

links at the bottoms of the pages.

I cannot figure out how to do a screen shot. I put the screen on Full and press F12 and nothing is happening at all. I have my chart all organized and ready I just can't figure out how to get a screen shot.

The runny nose could be due to an unnecessarily high humidifier setting (if one is needed at all at this time of year in your location). The throat problem could be due to mouth breathing that the mask isn't controlling or due to acid reflux.
