Thanks again everyone. Regarding clashing with my PJ's, I forgot to add a or after the link. With any machine, color is the last of my concerns.

It never hurts to check craigslist for machine listings within driving distance of you. Some people have gotten incredible deals on occasion from there. No study, Rx, copay or deductible is involved, either. Good luck.

Do the newer machines control our apnia better. That is if I move from a 10+ year old remstar auto
to a S9 could I expect to see a little lower AHI .

In my opinion.....Yes. Plus, you will be able to monitor your therapy.

How could anyone realistically answer that question without knowing your current AHI?
Or the pressure and other settings you are using. Are you having any centrals?
