Do exercise frequently ?
Do exercise frequently ?
Hi all,
I tend to think that my daytime tiredness is due to a shortage of oxygen to the brain, that even a plus meter like CMS 50d cannot measure correctly.
For me: whenever I feel a brain tiredness, I do push up or Sanchin Kata https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kybxNOlnl20, I believe that this exercise helps blood pumping to the brain, thus oxygen is provided to the brain.
But, I don't find running helps enough (or probably I don't run hard enough ?)
What do you do ?

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Re: Do exercise frequently ?
When exercising with the oximeter on, I found my oxygen levels drop during exertion,
but I can raise my oxygen levels quickly by breathing out through pursed lips to extend my exhale time.

Re: Do exercise frequently ?
I'm not seeing, from your video link, any great exercise of the large muscles in the legs.
Every day I get an hour or two of medium endurance exercise (mostly calisthenics jogging, mt biking, road biking etc). Then once a week I indulge in an exercise blow-out - kind of like in the old days taking your car out onto the freeway to blast the carbon from the cylinders

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Re: Do exercise frequently ?
I'm an advocate of regular walking. Not into high impact aerobics, just a walk of 30 minutes or more, as fast as I reasonably can, feels good to me. 5 times a week, about 40-45 minutes each time. And do some stretching after that, while I'm warmed up. Also some anaerobic exercise as well (about an hour 3 times a week), but the walking is the best thing that I do for my health. It keeps me breathing easily and helps to keep my blood pressure and pulse rate down (I feel).
Anyways, not working out with weights (ChicagoGranny gave me a chuckle, though) or running these days, just consistent mid-level aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Starting doing the regular walking almost 4 years ago now, and feel great.
In fact, off to take a walk right now *smile*.

Re: Do exercise frequently ?
As a programmer who often feels a lack of concentration and a feeling that my inner self often wants to jump out of my skin to wander, I often have some moment of exhausted brain: the moment when I feel there are numerous circulations of thoughts running in my brain and fighting with each other.
In that case, I do push up or Sanchin Kata. After that, my brain is at rest.
Sanchin kata does not work much with the legs, but almost all the muscle in the body is stretched. Together with it is deep, very deep inhalation and exhalation. Often after this I feel sweat on my back. In Sanchin there is also one more important part: mediate your mind together with your air flow, but to me Sanchin is already very effective against an exhausted brain without mediating my thought.
Therefore I think pumping more blood to the exhausted brain is the key for my tiredness during work.
PS: My family doctor now suggests me to go to a psychiatric center to diagnose on ADD.
