Red happy face on the machine

I woke this morning and it show I slept over 6 hours but the mask leak showed a red sad face.

If a leak happens, and I readjust the mask, then go back to sleep, does therapy continue even though the red sad face is showing?

Therapy will continue, but not very effective therapy... if you're losing Cpap air from your mouth, you'll get big leak numbers. What machine and mask do you use and at what pressures? The face isn't as important as how you feel, what your AHI is, etc. Are you using Sleepyhead software?

I have awakened with a red leaky face; but slept for a hour or two after, and gotten a green happy face in the morning.
IMO, the idiot face is unreliable at best. I ignore it. Do as you like.
