That doesn't sound correct. All the sleep clinics and MDs around here work for the same corporation. And, yes, they have many Medicare patients.

I think Avi has confused "runs" or "works for" with "owns".
It's against Medicare policy for a doctor (who does the diagnosing) to have financial interest with the place that supplies the equipment.

Yeah, that could be it too. With Avi I have given up trying to figure out where he comes up with some of his ramblings. I know he means well though.
