Hi. Until someone more knowledgeable comes along to give you more data based advice, I'll just say that increasing the lower pressure a bit often clears up a lot of clutter in the reports. It's the old "an ounce of prevention" thing. While your numbers aren't horrid now, it does appear there is room for improvement. No reason to settle for less than your personal best. If it were me, I'd up the lower number to 7 for a few nights then see if you need to go higher. You could increase slower, but at these pressures, I wouldn't feel a need - unless you know something I don't.

How are you sleeping?
How are you feeling during the day?
Next time you post an image...hide the calendar and turn off the pie chart (Preferences/appearance tab)
and include only these graphs on the right
Events
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak
those other graphs aren't needed.
Also when you are selecting an image....log into your Imgur account...select your image to share and on the right side of the image is a box of addresses...look below the address box where it says "thumbnails" and click the "Large thumbnail" line and THEN copy the LAST line in the box of addresses and paste it in the body of your text here. Doing it this way will give you an image that is large but not huge (as this one is) and we can easily read things but if we need to enlarge it then we can just click on it to view it larger. Posting your images this way makes it much easier to review the important graphs.
Limiting the graphs to the main 4 graphs lets you resize them so they aren't so scrunched...like the Events graph is scrunched up.
No need to re do this image though...just do it the next time you post.
I also agree that more minimum pressure is needed to better hold the airway open. The machine works best by preventing the apnea events and warning signs(those snores and FLs and RERAs) and not by trying to fix them after they happened.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I raised the minimum pressure to 8.5 and it seems to have helped. I think I'm going to try one of the Philips Amara View full mask but the under the nose Dream Wear that I've been using for the last weeks has been working better than the other full face mask I had that also irritated my nose to the point to where it was bleeding. I want to keep the Dream Wear mask I have but I want a full face alternative.

I went to the Amara View mask because I had a hard time finding a full face mask that didn't make my nose sore. I, too, ended up with a large open sore on my nose from my first mask. I have tried various nasal pillow masks, but cannot wear them because my mouth open up when I fall asleep. If you want to use the full face mask you currently have, try using a piece of moleskin on your nose at night. My RT told me that is what her husband did. I tried it, and it prevented the full face mask I was using from making my nose sore. Once I tried the Amara View, I knew that was the mask for me.
Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.
