I hear they are taking applications for concentration camp guards. Not much pay but lots of <Word removed due to user policy>.
Why is it that people that live in another country feel the need to meddle in the politics of another country? Esp. one they don't live in and have no financial interest in?

And start such vile nasty rumors on top of that.

Sort of. They quietly ponder what will happen when they get a yuge tax break (that they didn't ask for) and poor rural America is again stuck with the empty promises of bringing low wage jobs back to them...

and you think HRC could/would have kept her promises? Just a bit naive if you do. Is this your first election?

And why would a noob join a cpap support group then just talk politics? Doesn't sound like a winning choice to me.
I'm on the forum for info on sleep apnea. I spend some time in this thread for the laughs.

Sorry you're upset about my tax break man. Hope things get better for you.

This last minute surge by Trump is similar to the 1948 election where Dewey was reported as winner in the newspapers and yet Truman surged at the very end and became president.

I'm not upset about anything you say or do. If you got any tax breaks why are you whining about it? On a cpap forum no less?

btw - I'm doin darn good...

Esp. I can say you don't see me whining about things I have no control over. Learn the difference.

Whining? I'm excited! Feel badly for the rubes that he suckered but hey, they were warned.

I guess I post here for the same reasons you do. Dunno what to say about any of that!

Best of luck.

I know that is not true. I only started reading these political posts a day or two ago. Much less posting in the them.

It is odd tho that you joined then jumped into the political fray with both feet right away.

Anyone with any sense knows better than to discuss politics or religion, esp. on an internet forum. So to do that as a noob to any forum (esp. a cpap forum) just strikes me as odd.

Isn't this just a bit uncalled for? We just elected a new president. It has always happened every 4 or 8 years so why is it that such a big deal that it would now cause you to say that? I have never heard anyone from the US make comments on Canadian government. We are all going to survive.

Absolutely not as someone who is extremely hateful and has been compared to Hitler has been elected President. I have never been so depressed and frightened in my life.

Every morning I wake up, I keep hoping this was a bad nightmare only to find when I click on the news headlines that it wasn't.

The only good thing that has resulted is I have started walking in the morning as a way to deal with these negative feelings. Unfortunately, walking by the place where I voted stirred up the emotions so I will have to avoid going that way.

Finally, if I had felt Canada had elected someone like Trump, I certainly would have said something. This election affects the whole world and as a result, any non US resident has every right to make comments as they see fit.

Writing this message has caused me to start crying which is a reminder of why I haven't said anything previously. I am not going to say this is my last post in the thread but that is my goal.

Just the opposite for me, 8 years of black gloom is evaporating. The sun is coming up, a warm breeze is stirring. I am enjoying watching tv a bit and seeing all the college girls curled up in fetal positions. The coming 4 years are going to be great!
