Newbie question - does P10 nasal pillow mask "vent" air?
I have been noticing that air seems to be coming out on both sides of my P10 nasal pillow mask, more so when the pressure increases. Mask Fit test on Airsense for Her machine shows a good fit. It doesn't seem to be a leak around the edges of the pillow but maybe normal venting? I don't see anything that looks like a vent...

The vents are mesh areas on the front of the nose piece. They do vent a variable amount all the time and can bounce off pillows etc. As long as the pillows are covering your nostrils and sitting on them you're doing fine. Are you using Sleepyhead - if so watch your leaks?
Good luck.
Good luck.

Look closely at the plastic frame where the nasal pillow is attached and on either side of where the hose is are many, many tiny holes in the hard plastic...sort of mesh like.
That is the venting system for the P10.
It's a diffuse venting system and pretty much silent and hard to feel unless you are right on top of the holes.

Thank you. Question answered. I'm not using SleepyHead yet... Trying to get used to everything first before I start digging into the technical part...
