I did communicate some of my results to my doctor's office the other day and they called back today and moved my appointment up to next week. It sounds like the doctor is planning to change me from a CPAP to a bilevel PAP.

Those 2 screen shots of the centrals zoomed in are perfect. I was wanting to see if the flow rate looked like Periodic Breathing or Cheyne Stokes Respiration and they don't.

Go ahead and try the turning off EPR experiment just to say we tried it. I have seen maybe a handful of people where the centrals went away simply by turning off EPR/exhale relief. It's really rare to have EPR be the trigger but it does happen sometimes.

It's good that the appointment got moved up. You may end up needing one of those high dollar bilevel ASV type of machines.
