Holy crap...that's a brand new VPAP Auto....grab it fast and don't look back.
I will explain later.
It won't last long and at $300 is a helluva deal....I paid $1100 for one a while back and didn't get the heated hose or all the other goodies he is showing.

What do you think?

Thanks!

what pugsy said, *do not!* let that one go. 300$ is *dirt cheap* for that, they sell for around 1800$ just for the machine alone.

it's what I use, love it.

the vpap auto is pretty much *four* cpaps in one.

cpap, plain bilevel, auto bilevel, and can be programmed to act like an auto cpap.

I have to admit, I'm a bit nervous about this machine being so advanced. My previous machine was cpap only, and my pressure was 8. Based on that, do you have any advice on how I should set this bad boy up? Thanks!

Start with something basic and common.

Might as well get you spoil with bilevel right off the bat Most people once they have experienced bilevel don't want to go back to single pressures...so first night with no ideas of what was used in the past..
Set it to auto bilevel mode

Min EPAP....6
PS 4
IPAP maximum 15 and
give it a try and see what might need changing based on the results.
It should be fairly comfortable at those settings and we want you comfortable so you can sleep.
Worry about adjustments if needed once we see some reports.

just leave most of the settings at their factory defaults, except the ones Pugsy says to change.

You all are AWESOME! I can;t thank you enough for the advice.

So here's an update. I just offered him $250 and he accepted. Is there a chance he just doesn't know the value of what he's selling? Or maybe it's stolen? Geez I hope not.

Ok, I have the s9 now! We met at a Starbucks and he showed me everything and it's in perfect condition. But I'll tell ya, it's super intimidating. I've only had an old cpap only machine before, and have no idea where to begin with this beast!

If it wasn't stolen, at $250 it is NOW stolen.

You should sell it for $1500 and buy yourself an APAP for $350.

Ha! Well, I don't think these things are as easy to sell as they seem. This guy had his s9 vpap listed for over a month and I was the first inquiry. Maybe he would have done better on Ebay.

It's an odd market. I just bought an AirSense 10 autoset with travel case, climate hose and what turned out to be an Airfit F10, which is what I use, for $250. It had one hour of use on it. The person selling it had listed it twice previously on Craigslist for a month at a time with no sale. This time I texted him within 2 hours of posting because I happened to be looking for a second machine. Turned out he couldn't get himself to wear a mask so he never used it. He said he tried to tell them that after the sleep study but they just loaded him down with everything.
