Re: Just Got a New Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
Sorry but another question. If I want to post some sleepyhead screen shots on the forum, would I just upload from my pc to my post or copy and paste into the post? Perhaps I need to insert a link / url? Thanks

Look at Pugsy's post in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=111910&viewbobyouruncle wrote:post some sleepyhead screen shots on the forum
including the thread she has linked at the beginning of her post.
You will need a host for the shots. If you don't already have a favored host, it is best to get a free imgur.com account for storing the shots before linking to here.

Upload the SleepyHead image to Imgur. It's easy to sign up for a free account. Read Pugsy's pinned post about SleepyHead to know what to include in the screenshot.

fyi, his machine (air10) doesn't care about the extraneous crap.ChicagoGranny wrote:Locked when in your PC because some systems write extraneous crap on it.bobyouruncle wrote:Is the SD card locked or unlocked

I've never heard of anybody having an issue with a full card, leading me to suspect that the machines start trimming data when the card nears capacity.bobyouruncle wrote: I wonder how much data can be stored on the SD card and do I need to delete it often?

Re: Just Got a New Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
I just got this model too, and so far I really like it. It connected automatically to my wireless system. I did sign up to the "My Air" website. You can get instructions on accessing the clinical menu on by accessing ResMed Air Sense 10 Set-up.
I am having some problems with leaks, and may have to break down and buy a new mask. Right now I am using the Quattro full-face mask that came with my original system. Anybody have any ideas whether the newer masks are better? It appears they eliminated the bulky adjustment knob and the "suction cups" that fit on the forehead. Donna

Re: Just Got a New Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
no, it didn't. the air10 machines *DO NOT HAVE WIFI.*donnareppo@gmail.com wrote:I just got this model too, and so far I really like it. It connected automatically to my wireless system.
hopefully, you have wpa2 on your 'wireless system', with a good password, so your neighbors and people on the street can't download things you get blamed for... (bittorrent anyone?)
if so, ask yourself "how did this cpap magically hack into my wifi?"
if you don't have adequate security, then find a neighborhood kid to explain how to set it up... of course, they might be the one enjoying your open wifi.

Re: Just Got a New Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
The "wifi" transmits data to ResMed so you could access some limited info from MyAir. It just does it by itself. You can turn it off in Airplane mode. I just used MyAir to check my AHI numbers. One day, my machine just stopped transmitting data. It hasn't since that time. Don't know why....couldn't get it working again. Oh well....I just check my AHI directly from the machine.
Given enough sleep....I could rule the world.

So if you turn off Airplane Mode. you can view on the machine? I tried to look for the data this am but it just says to "go to My Air website". Probably more simple to view the machine quickly in the morning.

I had the Quattro full-face mask and used it for a few years with my old machine. Not that great of a mask IMO. I got a new FF mask a couple months ago. AirFit 10 FF. Its not bad, I still am trying to get it not to leak, esp at the top of the gasket at the bridge of my nose.

it's not wifi, please don't refer to it that way, in order to reduce confusion, enough people think it's wifi and try to connect to it as it is.Cavalier wrote:The "wifi"

Yes, I like taking a quick look at the data on the display as soon as I get up each morning.bobyouruncle wrote:
