Are nasel pillows for low pressure treatment only?

It's a generalization. A fair number of people find nasal pillows to be uncomfortable above 11. That's both experience and generalizing. I don't find that personally to be the case - mine goes up to 12.5, but it's not a straight pressure and not there all night. There are some on this board who have much higher pressures and find them comfortable. I would insist upon trying the most popular ones - Airfit P10 or Swift FX.

Thanks for all the great replys.
I'm getting good results over the last two days with a nasel mask and chin strap. My auto is operating at a lower pressure so I can loosen the nasel mask a bit as my nose is starting to get red. Pressure between 5-10.
If I do switch to pillows or similar which I probably will do my company will be steering me towards Philips repironics masks and I may not have to pay if it's Philips but but well see
