Advise on getting my AHI number down

Post by SmokeChaser426 » Mon Jul 11, 2016 6:40 pm

Hi,
looking for some advice, should I be content with 3 and 4 ahi ?

I see people on the board with 1.5 and under. Been doing this for almost 40 days, seem to be doing OK. Pulmonary Dr. gave me Nuvigil to help with my lack of energy and lack of energy. Only taken it twice because of the long list of side effects.

Here is my last SleepyHead data.

I have all the answers to the questions that I was concerned about while traveling out of the country.

Thanks

I personally wouldn't settle for that AHI number UNLESS it had already been proven to be my personal best. If you've been at a particular setting for a while, your mask is reasonably comfortable, and you feel you've already been through most of the adjustment phase, I would consider making minor adjustments. I'll leave it to those following your data to comment on how to best handle that. Sometimes just settling in to the treatment helps improve the numbers, but I couldn't tell you an expected timeline. Looks like you've made really good progress already!

Not enough information visible on those reports to see what's happening.
Need pressure chart. Pressure settings. Don't need "mask pressure" report.
Look at some of the reports that are posted from others' reports to see what to include.

We really need the stuff on the left side along with the graphs..
And these are the only graphs on the right that we need...if we want something else we will ask.
Events, Flow rate, pressure, leak

See this thread for more examples and instructions.
viewtopic/t103468/Need-help-with-screen-shots.html

On the left side hide the calendar so that the AHI and the category breakdown along with statistics is seen.
You can get them all on one screen shot.
So that this is what you see
