not bad, not bad, probably need to go to 9... but a 1.9 is in the acceptable range, as far as my own standards go.
You think maybe going up to 9 would lower the hypopneas some?
How would you know your using to much pressure?

a small subset of people start to have more and more central apneas at higher and higher pressures, if that happens, then you either need to do a balancing act, or get a different type of machine.
if you find you can't sleep with the higher pressures after some time getting used to them, then it's an issue.
otherwise... *shrug* there's really not much issue with 'too much pressure'. there's probably a LOT of people out there happily sleeping away all night with more pressure than they really need, because their sleep study erred on the high side, rather than the low side, and whatever their pressure is takes care of everything all night long.

What about the stuff that isn't included in the AHI? Like, Flow limitations or RERAs or snores....seeing very many of those things?
And how is your sleep quality? Sleeping soundly or waking often?
An AHI of 0.0 doesn't guarantee anything but a nice math score. While nice math scores are nice to see there's so much more to effective cpap therapy than just a math score.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I really need to post my sleepyhead report when I get home on here. I was going to last night but I got tied up with homework and just crashed.
I have a few RERAS and snores. They seem to go away when the pressure goes up around 11 but when it starts to come back down ill have a RERA or a bunch of Snore flags show up. I haven't looked at my report from last night yet im just going by the dreammapper app that the dreamstation uses.
I wish I could say I felt more rested today but not so much. I did however wake before the alarm clock this morning.
