What is Sleepy Head software?

Could someone explain to a newbie what sleepyhead software is. Where do I get it and how do I use it. Probably there is some place I can read the information I need. I go to get my CPAP in an hour and will probably get the Airsense 1o Autoset.

Everyone....the SleepyHead link for the download at sleep.tnet.com isn't working...Mark hasn't updated his website's certificate and most browsers won't connect.
So while the tnet explanations are still valid...the link for the download isn't and we have to include another working download link

I have the Windows version available at my dropbox storage but I don't have the Mac or other version so for now I am just linking to the apneaboard for working links.

Make SURE your new machine says "AUTOSET" on the front.
If it says "CPAP" it is CRAP.
