Thank you for the additional information Rick. The bulk of the NHS patients that I have personally known these past few years had run into some pretty good sized road blocks from the NHS staff. Sounds like things may be easing up a bit in terms of what a person might get and how they are managed. I have had people tell me they were told if they changed ANYTHING from the settings giving out by the NHS staff that they would simply take the machine back and cut them loose.
Hopefully the OP in this thread has a much better experience than the people I have known in the past had.
That's why I said "cross that bridge when you come to it"...I mentioned it only because someone had given the same speech that we here in the US give new patients and I think they just missed the NHS part.
