Short update.
Last night didn't go well...essentially wasn't able to fall asleep with mask and machine due to abdominal distress that was still present from the previous night's much higher pressure settings.
She did give it a really good try though..nearly 3 hours and the data pretty much confirms that she didn't really sleep. The pressure never moved really and it would have if she had actually fallen asleep.
She's been miserable today...partly stomach issues and partly just feeling like crap from not sleeping well last night.

So we had a little chat and have decided to totally revamp the plan and go back to a pressure that is less likely to cause more abdominal issues plus maybe changing the mask too.
Going to back way up and let the belly heal and then work our way up slowly with the minimum pressure.
I will get you some screen shots in a little bit so you can see what the most recent results were.
